BDBF #1 - Fitness Plans

This is the first Podcast episode of the Burn Down Body Fat fitness project.  The idea behind this, is that YOU can follow our progress, and failures through losing weight and getting fit, while keeping us accountable, and getting motivated to do the same yourself.  Lets get in shape together.  In future podcasts, we will not just discuss our fitness programs, but discuss health, diet, nutrition and answer any questions you have for us.  Thanks for listening.  Lets stay motivated.
